Participating as a special guest in RBPF's cultural program was one of the most fulfilling experiences of my social activism journey. The organization's initiative to ensure that even mountain children living in poverty could celebrate the Pongal festival with joy and dignity touched my heart deeply.

The cultural program was beautifully organized, bringing together children from mountain communities who rarely have opportunities for such celebrations. Seeing their bright faces and infectious smiles reminded me why community service is so important to our society.

During the event, I had the privilege of distributing gifts to these little ones and engaging in conversations with them. Their innocence, despite the hardships they face, was truly inspiring. The way they embraced the festivities with such enthusiasm showed the resilience and hope that children naturally possess.

This experience reinforced my belief that every child, regardless of their economic background, deserves to experience joy and celebration. The RBPF organization's commitment to bringing happiness to these children during Pongal was commendable and aligned perfectly with the values of our Munnettrappathai Foundation.

Moments like these remind us that true fulfillment comes not from personal achievements, but from the smiles we can bring to others' faces, especially those of innocent children who represent our future.

பொங்கல் விழாவை வறுமையில் வாடும் மலைவாழ் குழந்தைகளும் மகிழ்ந்து கொண்டாட வேண்டும் என்ற எண்ணத்துடன் RBPF என்னும் தொண்டு நிறுவனம் நடத்திய கலை நிகழ்ச்சியில் சிறப்பு விருந்தினராக கலந்து கொண்டது என் சமூக சேவையின் மிக முக்கியமான அனுபவங்களில் ஒன்று.

இந்த கலை நிகழ்ச்சி மிக அழகாக ஏற்பாடு செய்யப்பட்டிருந்தது. மலைவாழ் சமுதாயத்தைச் சேர்ந்த குழந்தைகள், அவர்களுக்கு இதுபோன்ற கொண்டாட்டங்களுக்கான வாய்ப்புகள் அரிதாகவே கிடைக்கும். அவர்களின் பிரகாசமான முகங்களையும் தொற்றிக்கொள்ளும் சிரிப்பையும் பார்க்கும்போது, சமூக சேவை ஏன் நம் சமுதாயத்திற்கு மிகவும் முக்கியம் என்பதை நினைவூட்டியது.

இந்நிகழ்ச்சியில் சின்னச்சிறு குயில்களுக்கு பரிசளித்து, அவர்களிடம் உரையாடியது மனமகிழ்வை அளித்தது. அவர்கள் எதிர்கொள்ளும் கஷ்டங்கள் இருந்தபோதிலும், அவர்களின் அப்பாவித்தனம் உண்மையில் உத்வேகம் அளித்தது. அவர்கள் இத்தகைய ஆர்வத்துடன் பண்டிகையை எதிர்கொண்ட விதம், குழந்தைகள் இயற்கையாகவே கொண்டிருக்கும் நம்பிக்கையையும் உறுதியையும் காட்டியது.

ஒவ்வொரு குழந்தையும், அவர்களின் பொருளாதார பின்னணியைப் பொருட்படுத்தாமல், மகிழ்ச்சியையும் கொண்டாட்டத்தையும் அனுபவிக்க தகுதியுடையவர்கள் என்ற என் நம்பிக்கையை இந்த அனுபவம் வலுப்படுத்தியது. பொங்கல் பண்டிகையின்போது இந்த குழந்தைகளுக்கு மகிழ்ச்சியைக் கொண்டுவரும் RBPF அமைப்பின் அர்ப்பணிப்பு பாராட்டத்தக்கது மற்றும் எங்கள் முன்னேற்றப்பாதை அறக்கட்டளையின் மதிப்புகளுடன் சரியாகப் பொருந்தியது.

இதுபோன்ற தருணங்கள் உண்மையான நிறைவு தனிப்பட்ட சாதனைகளிலிருந்து அல்ல, மாறாக நம் எதிர்காலத்தைப் பிரதிநிதித்துவப்படுத்தும் அப்பாவி குழந்தைகள், குறிப்பாக மற்றவர்களின் முகங்களில் நாம் கொண்டுவரக்கூடிய புன்னகையிலிருந்து வருகிறது என்பதை நமக்கு நினைவூட்டுகின்றன.
