RBPF's awareness program for mountain women focusing on tailoring skills was a meaningful initiative to empower women through skill development. As founder of Munnettrappathai Foundation, I participated to share expertise in tailoring arts learned from childhood.

The program provided a platform for mountain women to learn the nuances and techniques of tailoring, enabling them to develop sustainable livelihood skills. The women's eagerness to ask questions and learn was truly heartening to witness.

RBPF என்னும் தொண்டு நிறுவனம் மலைவாழ் பெண்களை ஊக்குவிக்கும் வகையில் கைத்தொழிலில் முக்கிய பங்கு வகிக்கும் தையல் தொழில் குறித்த விழிப்புணர்வு நிகழ்ச்சி ஒன்றை நடத்தியது.

இதில் முன்னேற்ற பாதை கல்வி அறக்கட்டளையின் நிறுவனர் எஸ். யூசுப் பாஷா பங்கேற்று, தன் சிறு வயதில் கற்று கொண்ட தையல் கலையின் நேர்த்தியான சில திறன்கள், தையலின் நுணுக்கங்கள் உள்ளிட்டவைகளை பெண்களுக்கு தெளிவாக எடுத்துரைத்தார். அதில் பெண்கள் தாமாக முன்வந்து கேள்விகளை கேட்டது நெகிழ்ச்சியை ஏற்படுத்தியது.
